CertainTeed, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, has acquired Continental Building Products.

This will broaden Saint-Gobain’s asset portfolio and enable them to provide a wider customer base with new and innovative solutions. They will have better commercial coverage and the logistics services will be improved, especially in high growth regions of the U.S.
